Handmade Product Information
- All bears, regardless whether name customisation was selected, are handmade individually. Due to the delicate process and natural factors (e.g. ink variations, humidity, ambient temperature), please understand that minor differences on the product and/or design as to be reasonably expected. These will not be deemed as defects.
- For customisation, please double check the name keyed into the order notes before placing an order. Materials are prepared immediately upon order receipt. A change in name may incur a cost of $3 if notified before production commences. If production had commenced, we regret that we will not be able to assist on a change.
